Spent $700 for my daughters 4 rooms on the 12th. The smell was back within hours and even worse today. So bad they could not stay at home. I have an appointment tomorrow to see if it can be resolved and if not I will expect a full refund. I could have replaced the carpet for that price and the treatment recommended not work. Very disappointed.

Driver was extremely late , had problems with van did not call to inform me of such until I called company with concerns . My job was not completely finished until next day...I had guests from out of town coming so very inconvenient for my family. I also was concern about quality of work from 1st technician because 2nd technician was more experienced. 1st technician very nice though.

Zerorez dies a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets and leaving my house chemical free! They even cleaned an off-white sofa that had turned to an almost pale yellow tone after sitting for 15 years! My sofa is off-white AGAIN!!

I had a problem with yellow stains appearing post cleaning. The problem was resolved by the original technician. Carpets actually appeared cleaner this time than ever before. Noe is a very good technician.

We appreciated the knowledge of the installer (Mario) and the thoroughness of the work done. He was very courteous and thoughtful as he moved equipment around our recently updated home.

The carpet treatment removed stains EXTREMELY well, even ones that had been on there for years! The technician was great and conducted a test treatment on a couple of the stains to confirm they would lift before I had to commit to the cost of the extra treatment. Overall I was supremely happy with the service and will 100% use this company again for any future carpet needs!
