I love the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals. And you offer a variety of services, the grout and tile cleaning is absolutely amazing. And it's easy to make an appointment even when you want it done at the last minute.
The technician was very professional and cleaned the carpet very well.
All is good. Tech showed up 10 minutes outside the appointment window, but I did receive a call not that he would be late but when he could be expected to arrive. Apparently he was having vehicle problem that delayed his arrival.

Our ZeroRez technician is always great. This is my 3 or 4th time using them and are the best for getting rid of any pet stains.

The room that I needed cleaned the most only had run way or walk through dirt . It’s still dirty so I can tell it wasn’t cleaned very well
