How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech told me that there is an orange smell once finished. I hired zero res because I can’t stand chemicals. How can it be chemical free if there is a smell at the end? Tech just used water per my instructions and my carpet is not clean nor was any effort made to spot clean spots. Once he left I got my own spot cleaner and cleaned off the spots. I planned to hire again to get my first floor cleaned but now I have to find a different company.

What could we do to improve?

When the gentleman arrives, please either ring the doorbell or leave a voicemail when you call numerous times.
After the appointment, please do not bombard me with follow up emails, calls on my cell and calls on my office number the very next day.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our house is 90% carpeted ( Light cream color carpet, nightmare to keep clean ) and we had a flood last year that covered about 75% of the carpeted area and for some reason the carpets wound up with rust colored stains all over and I truly thought that they would have to be replaced.

I've heard the ads on KLTY for some time and I decided to call just to see if they can bring the carpet back to life. WOW!!! is really all I can think of to say about how clean our carpets are.
Some carpet cleaners leave a residue that makes the carpet feel sticky and has a lingering smell and have heard Frank and Starlene on KLTY say that they are "Icky Free". The carpet is not sticky and there was no lingering smell, they are just clean and stain free.

James D did a fantastic job! I truly can not say enough about how great the carpets look. I will definitely give y'all a call in the future and will recommend y'all to everyone who asks.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first disappointment was that we were scheduled to have the technician come on Monday, November 1, between 3:30 to 5:30, No one had contacted us by 5:15 so I called your office (which in itself is a terrible experience!). When I finally got someone, the receptionist told us that the technician had gone home earlier in the day with a fever. No one had contacted us about that issue. We rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

The carpets were cleaned on Tuesday. When the technician came he asked if we had any stains and I showed him two areas. One in our office/bedroom and the other where our dog had gotten sick years ago and the stain will not come out. I didn't expect it to come out.

When I came in yesterday morning to my office I noticed an ink stain that was not there the day before. I did not see it previously and neither did the cleaner. The only thing I can figure out is that there was a small spot of ink in the carpet that we did not see and once it got wet it just spread all over the place!

Also, the area near this stain needs to be recleaned . It was not thoroughly cleaned.

I called your office on Wednesday to speak about this problem and I sent pictures of the area. I am waiting to hear from your management team.

Again, I will mention what a nightmare it is to call your company. The receptionist is pleasant but impossible to reach in less that 10 minutes.

We were notified about 30 minutes before the arrival of the Zerorez technician. Upon arrival he surveyed the carpet and went about setting up his equipment and then proceeding to do a fantastic job on our carpet. He indicated trouble spots and was quite thorough with the entire process. Very courteous and energetic young man! Thank you for our clean carpets! A great value!

We have had Zero Rez before and the service is always excellent. I value the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and they always work quickly, neatly, and remove all spots and high traffic dirt from our carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid the extra $60 to have special treatment in one room. The room seemed worse than before it was "cleaned". Also, another area seemed worse than before it was "cleaned". I understand that there can be dirt that appears from dirty rug pads but having to pay $70 extra for each little spot is ridiculous. I called to complain about the carpets looking worse in some areas than before they were "cleaned" and another service technician was sent out. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when he arrived, so my husband handled the conversation. He was told that we would have to pay the extra $70 for each area that looked bad. Like I said, a couple of the areas actually looked worse than before they were "cleaned". I would have appreciated the second technician at least going over a couple of areas one more time instead of just writing it off as a "you have to pay more" solution. For how much we paid, I feel very disappointed in the result, and, no, I will not use Zerorez again, nor will I recommend your company, I'm sorry to say. I do like the concept of "zero residue" but to have the carpets look unclean- especially after I had paid the extra $60 for the "special treatment", is just plain disappointing!!!!!!!

As an aside, we have a Zerorez air filtering system that we DO like and we feel that that is a good product.

The specialist who serviced my carpet was professional, prompt and courteous and I have no complaints; he did an excellent job. An 8 is a great score, it says your company is far above average based on o e ecperience but not perfect and I don't recommend companies, I recommend people and I would recommend the gentlemen again.
