Our carpet looks new! I really did not expect such a transformation. The technician, Jonas, did a fantastic job in a short time with our stained carpet. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. I will recommend you to my friends and family!

It was fast, very friendly service. I really like that it's non-toxic and that it's better for the carpet too.
The service tech was very good and we have always been very satisfied with Zerorez. This morning we both got up and saw that the hallway was all brown. It looked line someone had walked through mud and then the house. We have 3 dogs but they are only allowed on the tile floors now and were crated all night. Something must have been in the water or chemicals. I used a Bissell carpet cleaner and cleaned it with water. For $312 that we paid I would have expected more.

Four rooms were cleaned and cushions. In one of the rooms we have a couple of stains that weren't removed.

Quick and effecient and was very professional. The company kept me informed of where they were at timewise, and let me know of any earlier appt if I wanted it. Will use them again when my carpets needcleaning again!
Was only given 6 hour window(12-6PM) for technician to arrive and give estimate, and they did not arrive in that window NOR contact me until 6:40PM to tell me they were running late, and to expect them within 30 minutes. I then had to reschedule until another day (Friday AM) and they did arrive promptly and were very courteous, but I still have not received the written estimate (over 3 days later) and cannot schedule cleaning until I do
Love how clean our carpets are everytime!
Take off the fuel charge, make it part of your total price if you need to or just be up front about it when you quote a price over the phone. Also, I always have to ask about the gift certificate, it is never available without asking. Those two things just make things look not as honest and forthright as I thought the company would be.
