FAST AND EFFECTIVE

The outcome was great. But your prices are high.
The air in the house had a fresh, clean smell. The carpet looked like new. Pet stains disappeared and I believe, will not return. I have already sung praises to all of my family about "Zerorez". Jim York.

Where to begin? I'll keep this brief. You have had possession of my oriental for OVER SIX MONTHS. So many times promises were made
to get it cleaned and then it wasn't cleaned that I was promised a refund . I had to email repeatedly to get progress on this and follow
through simply didn't happen. Once again, after the rug was finally supposed to be in the cleaning process, I still had to call after several more weeks
to find out where it was and request delivery. By this time I had been promised the rug would be cleaned for free by the rep, Brad. When I signed permission to clean the rug ( the lack of a written release specifically for this rug held us up an additional month, as the rep could not seem to
find five minutes to come by my very central business location in Preston center any weekday during business hours to collect it) I wrote that the rug
was NOT to be cleaned until I received a credit on my credit card . Another 6 weeks later, I finally have the rug, and was "promised" a check along with it but ---no surprise to me--- when the rug was finally delivered two days before Thanksgiving after being picked up literally in mid May, no refund check was delivered with it , or any other paperwork that I can see. I would really appreciate not having to go to small claims court with my credit card statements and your emails promising the refund in order to get this completely unsatisfactory experience out of my hair. You got $3000 for the other services you did and this refund is hardly a dent in that. I am really restraining myself by NOT blasting your company all over the web, since I am also in business and I know that occasionally I have a customer who is likewise not thrilled with our service. But really, I have given you at least ten chances to perform properly, and not delivering the check as explicitly promised, and then NOT REPLYING to the email asking when it would be mailed takes the cake.

The associate that cleaned our carpet arrived ahead of schedule and did a wonderful job. We did not have to wonder if and when he was coming. It was stress free and wonderful and friendly service. I recommend your services with a very high rating. Thank you!

You do what you advertise
We love the fact that the carpet is left with no residue with which to attract further soil. Also, Colby was fantastic! He was so professional and explained every step of the way. You are so fortunate to have him!
Nothing that I can think of!
Based on the amount of money I spent, I'm disappointed in the results. Initially I was expecting the cost to be less than $400, but I was convinced to add additional pet stain removal services and the final cost was almost twice that amount. Most of the stains didn't come out and some actually got worse. I don't know whether just going with the basic cleaning process would have had the same results or if was actually better to spend the extra money. My technician seemed very knowledgeable, was very personable and spent several hours working on the carpet, which is why I would still recommend Zerorez to a friend.
Caesar was fantastic! I am recuperating from surgery and he did more than we expected, paying careful attention to every detail, taking the time to answer our questions to ous satisfaction- undeniably- THE BEST CARPET SERVICE we have ever contracted!

I have a small bedroom where the furniture is very large. I wanted only the walkways cleaned and the area in front of the sinks. The man said the sink area would be considered another room and did not clean it. That is ridiculous considering the bedroom space was a tiny walk way. I am not happy with this. I never paid Stanley Steamer extra to clean that, as it was considered the bedroom. Otherwise, the floor was fine.
That the services were provided as was stated. There was not a hard upsale.There were no unanswered questions.

It was very thorough, and the service was friendly, and professional.
Was not expecting the price. Had a deal for $99 total ended up being $360. Extremely outrageous. And the stains are still there. Carpet looked great while tech was still here and wet. As soon as it dried it looked exactly the same. Very disappointed.
