Did not keep appointment time frame, which was scheduled between 8;30-11am Fri 11/22. Very disappointed that no one called me to notify me of time frame for my cleaning. I was told when I scheduled it over the phone that two days prior that I would receive a call letting me know time frame. I never received a call and had to call myself the day before.
The day of cleaning, it was 12:30pm before the tech showed up. I had to cancel an appointment I had that afternoon because he was so late. I took a half day off of work for the cleaning and ended losing the whole day. Very disappointed with your company--not a high level of customer service.

You do a great Job on the carpets. We have carpets in the living and dining roon that are 30 years old - still the origanal carpets from when we built our house!!! Daniel the Tecnition and Sam his assistant did an outstanding job on these carpets!! They look great which is what I hoped for so they would look good for the Christmas season.The carpet dryed in about 5 hours which was great also. I would reccomend Zerorez to anyone!!

I was scheduled for 5 to 7 but you had an opening and got me in earlier in the day. The Gentleman was professional and polite. He was in and out in not time - carpet looks like NEW :-)

I felt like there was no change in the appearance of the carpet. I know the carpet will not look new again but we did pay a descant amount. My husband was unhappy and somewhat upset with me for the outcome. He said I could have saved money and rented a carpet cleaner. The guy was professional and of course it smells different but there is no physical change in the appearance. I wish I would have just stuck with the $99 deal and not have felt pressured into the additional pet service offered.

Our carpet looked like the day we moved into our house. The technician was very knowledgable and courteous. The only thing that would have improved our experience was if they would have arrived closer to the beginning of our "window". The sales person told me it would be between 4:00 and 6:30 pm. He arrived at 6:30 and didn't finish until 8:00 pm. - way past our dinner time. I would have preferred to know that they were busy and they could arrive as late as 6:30. The way it was explained to me, I thought 6:30 would be the latest they would be there, not latest they would arrive! But the carpet looked great. Next time I will request the first slot of the day.
My carpet looks fantastic! Thomas removed spots I never thought could be removed; he explained everything and was thorough. I would definitely use Zerorezdallas again and will recommend their services.

the results were great (our carpet is white and about 15 yrs old and now it looks great)
Our carpet is very clean - both to the eye as well as the nose. We have 4 dogs, some who have occasional accidents in the family room. Randy and David and Randy appeared driven to remove all signs of accidents. They worked their "magic" until all signs were gone. They actually cared about the results. I would recommend them and Zerorez to anyone who wants a quality cleaning for their carpets.
