Quick, courteous, and professional service. Carpets always look amazing
I appreciate the friendly approach I received and all my questions were answered as
well as a first class job in cleaning the carpet.
Person with whom I made appoint wa a not very specific about the cost of cleaning and I was quite surprised at the cost that I was quoted by the tech at my home. Seemed like a bait and switch since I had a coupon. I was expecting extra charges just not more than double.
The technician explained the Zerorez cleaning process and was very professional during the cleaning.

We had the carpets cleaned in a home we had just purchased. The previous owners had 2 dogs, and the carpet smelled. I had high hopes that the smell would go away after being treated and cleaned by your company. But, unfortunately, our new home still smells like dogs.
Also, we had our ducts cleaned and there was debris on our bathroom counters and kitchen counters below the ducts.
Tech guy was great but very upset on how just getting stains out was $150.00 more than what it actually cost to get my 2 1/2 areas done was not in my budget at all so I have my carpet clean with ugly black stains thanks

The Zerorez Co. sent Jo and Shawn to work on my carpets in several rooms. Jo evaluated the needs and quoted me a price that I agreed on. Both men were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The job was done quickly and very satisfactory. I was very pleased the way my carpets looked.
