Brian called in plenty of time for me to meet him at the home to have carpets cleaned.
Unfortunately, he had to use the portable unit, so it was awkward and could not reach all the intended areas to be cleaned. (Was sorry there was an extra charge for the unit.)

Brian was a trooper! He took a 9x12 wool carpet to the patio rather than expose the bamboo flooring to possible dampness from the cleaning process. Wise decision! He was a great representative for Zerorez!

The cleaning procedure is one of the best that I have ever had. However, I think your prices are high.

I liked that the services offer a nontoxic method of cleaning carpets that doesn't leave soap residue in the carpet, perpetuating further collection of dirt. Rafael was responsible for cleaning my carpets and he arrived right at the beginning of the four-hour arrival time window. It was refreshing to not have to wait the entire morning! I thought he did a phenomenal job of sanitizing and deep cleaning the carpets, all of which are over 5 years old and had not been properly cleaned in years. I also appreciated how transparent he was with the cleaning process, taking before and after pictures of the first room to show me the difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. He also explained the costs involved with the service and made sure to seek out my approval of the charges before I paid. I experienced a high level of professionalism in every aspect and will certainly be using this service again.
