I like that the people I have dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The genttleman who did the cleaning was on time, professional and made helpful suggestions. I like the products because they work. This time my carpet was embarrasinly dirty due to the fact that they were scheduled to be cleaned and before the date of cleaning Covid "lockdown" happened so it had been about 18 mos. since the last cleaning. I am amazed at how good the carpets look after the cleaning,
