Our carpets, are very old and should be replaced in a few years. Zerorez removed some very tough spots and cleaned heavily trafficked areas easily. My wife was amazed at how good they looked after cleaning. The technician was very professional and courteous. Called us several times a day to let us know when he was going to arrive.
