Our technician was very knowledgeable about all aspects of cleaning our carpet. We have 100% wool on the areas he cleaned and he told me so many facts about wool carpeting that I had not heard of before.
Javier was exceptional! He has a great work ethic and manner. I had some stubborn stains on a rental carpet and he tried his best to figure out what it was and get it cleaned. I will definitely ask for him for future cleaning service. Javier is a great person to have on your team!
I called one day, and the carpet was cleaned the next day. It looked great. The carpet was dry to the touch by the day after the cleaning.
Ed was polite and professional. He called ahead about an hour before his arrival which gave us plenty of time to be completely ready for him to come in and clean our carpets.
