This was the first time I used this company. I had a certain day I wanted my carpets cleaned and the scheduler went out of her way to make sure that happened. The morning of my cleaning I got a call from Ed our cleaner letting me know what time he would be at my home. He was friendly and efficient and my carpets looked really good. All around it was a very pleasant experience and I will use them again.
It is safe without chemicals! We had awful stains that could not be removed with an ordinary carpet cleaner from the store. Now are carpets and furniture are spotless!! So friendly, positive, efficient and effective. We've used other carpet cleaners before, but no one has gotten our home as clean as zerorez. We have 4 kids and 3 dogs, and even with all the traffic and wear and tear, zerorez made our carpet and tile look brand new again!
