Javier was more than prompt, flexible and patient as we figured out the best way to run hoses. He was very careful with our wood floors, wiping up water immediately, and protected our baseboard and banisters well. I will definitely request him again.

The experience was excellent. Justice was an awesome person representing Zerorez. He was professional, punctual and polite. He was very knowledgeable about his craft. We would like to have him back when we require our carpets cleaned again.
