I was very happy with Javier. He did a great job at our house. He lifted the big furniture and cleaned the carpet underneath . Later, he put form holders to allow the carpet to dry . Previous cleaners didn't do that .

Our 35 year old carpet looks quite good after zerorez cleans it. The service seems reasonable. I like to take advantage of specials. As compared to other carpet companies, the carpets don’t attract dirt very rapidly after cleanings with Zerorez. The cleaning staff is very pleasant and willing to take the time to explain things.

Efficient single worker (Ed) had great attention to detail and did a thorough job on carpets & sectional.

8-yr old light-colored carpets came out as well as could be expected, especially in high traffic areas.

Tan L-shaped suede couch responded well to it's first cleaning after 4 years. Looks great!
