Your technicians are excellent (my experience has been with Ed and Justice!), and they have a firm grasp on how best to take care of carpet. I get all my questions answered, and my rugs/ carpets have always looked new when the technician is finished. It’s nice to trust that the method they use is safe for my four kids and truly cleans my carpets (unlike store-bought carpet cleaners). I’m a big fan of this company!

Carpets are ACTUALLY clean and look great when the technicians are done...and they stay clean for months as opposed to weeks when cleaned by other professional companies. I've never had the same technician come to my house twice, but every one of them has been very nice and respectful. Scott and Rafi (Rafael) provided my service this week, and they were both friendly, efficient, and professional.

Allen of ZeroRez of San Jose used orange oil to did clean the entire house until the carpet looked brand new: 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, upstairs hallway and stairs. He also shampooed 2 light beige chairs which looked immaculate after he was finished.

When I was in a fairly new Las Vegas home, I also hired ZeroRez and the technician did an amazing job, especially cleaning a brown carpet never cleaned in several years. I realize it was actually medium tan.

There was a white ottoman with black footprint stains, but he was able to clean it until it was snow white. I'm allergic to most chemicals, but not the products from ZeroRez which makes the entire house smell like an orange juice factory.

The man (I don't know his name) worked really hard to clean 5+ years of dirt/grime out of my carpet. He did an excellent job and the old worn out carpet in my apartment looks so much better. Thank you!

However, the cost is higher than I have paid in the past to other carpet cleaners. If the non-residue keeps the carpet cleaner longer, it will be worth it!
