I recently had a white sofa cushion cleaned by zerorez. The technician was friendly and polite and did a very thorough job. The cushion had a pronounced stain from a spill on it and the tech was able to remove it completely. I had already had it cleaned by a different company and the stain came back very quickly.

The carpet was cleaned and sanitized beautifully, but did not appreciate that treating the room for stains was more expensive than the proposed fee for cleaning the carpeting in the room.

Always had excellent service, great job on carpets, and prompt and courteous. Recently had carpets (which are quite old an worn) cleaned by Scott. Beautiful job. amazed how good they look. He was prompt, so courteous, and really went above and beyond to take the carpeting from its sad, worn shape to very clean and looking so much better.
