The technician Justice was very courteous and respectful. He gave us a call 15 minutes before he arrived. His work was commendable. We now have clean and fresh carpets.

We had great service from your technician Justice yesterday. We had book our appointment and the my daughter scheduled a birthday celebration for my grandkids that afternoon. Our window was 12-2 and you guys called ahead and said you would be there at 1:30. We explained our problem. You arrived and did an excellent job very quickly and assured us you would be done in time and you were. We did rugs furniture and tile. All look gray and we are very happy. Thanks so much to you very polite friendly efficient tech.

Loved the service call as well as our tech Allan. The only disappointment was that somewhere there v was a mixup with the total number of rooms to be cleaned. While the rest of the house looks great, our second bedroom was left untouched. ( please note we were not charged for it this time) just disappointed to find the one room left untouched.

I assumed it was included this time since my previous appointment included all rooms.

I'm always very pleased. Service reps are courteous, and the end result never fails to impress with an amazing restoration to colors, while matted fibers are brought back to life.

My carpets turned out fantastic.
However, this time, it's taken 3 days for my carpets to dry (and our house has been hot as don't have have AC and we've had fans running for air circulation. In the past (with Zerorez) it only took 24 hrs for them to completely dry. I think the equipment wasn't sucking the water out as it usually does.
The drying difference has been hugely different and I know because we get our carpets cleaned a ton and have cleaned them ourselves, too.
