They are organic, they cleaned all the old stuff from other carpet cleaners, and sucked up all the residual water and chemicals.
good communication from office and technician;excellent job removing a very bad BBQ sauce stain from carpet; extra cleaning in some areas at no additional cost; my couches look just perfect;moved furniture and placed protection under all chairs; and most of all the cleaning product was safe for my cat to walk on then lick her feet!

I would suggest you instruct all your schedulers to pay particular attention when a third party like my company , Bay Area Restotation, calls you to clean a third party customer you need all your techs on board to call our customer for all the confirmation informationn.
