I don't think I had good service this time. You've had my room carpet for over three weeks and the rug was never cleaned. So many excuses. If you had ?'s I should have been calling the next day. I am truly surprised! I still think you do a good job on cleaning though.
One question-if water used is truly "drinkable, why is there a $14 water change? Especially when our water is used?

Supposedly good for the carpet & cleans better than traditional steam cleaning methods. The technician, Ed, was courteous, & knowledgeable. The carpets are still damp so I cannot tell how well they cleaned.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals. Not only are they not good for you, but I know that residue stays behind and just attracts more dirt.
I like the fact that our rep calls me just before he arrives and lets me know apprx ETA, arrives when expected, introduced himself, acted professionally, started cleaning right away and quickly. Everything looks great! I'll call you in 6 months. Martin was very nice guy too!
