The two reps were called me earlier and then arrived right on time. Polite and very professional. Paid them and I had to leave, but my son said they were done approximately l/2 hour (3 rooms, I hall way). Upon my return, the rugs were almost dry and looked clean and sanitized and it's pretty old carpet. Thank you. I certainly will use Zerorez again.

Your cleaning team, Corey and Hector, seem to be very professional. The appearence of your two "represantives" was clean, very friendly and polite . They arrived on time. They worked very well as a team, knowing every step by step of their work and protected our wall corners and furnishing still in place, with plastic protectors. I also want to mention Jasmin from your office as friendly and professional.
Your good service is a complete difference compaired with a team from one of your competitors (with the name of a famous SF landmark), which came to our house for a quote. They came late, uniforms and appearence dirty, the prices outragiuos and the older guy didn,t know how to use the calculator. They didn,t wiped their dirty shoes before entering our home and when they left, we had 2 dirty spots from their shoes.
THEY ARE NO COMPETITION FOR ZEROREZ.

My carpets stay clean for a long time after getting them cleaned by Zerorez. No sticky residue to walk on after my carpets were cleaned. I am also amazed at how well the pet treatment cleans my carpets in those not so pretty areas. They also did a really nice job cleaning my couch. I have a dog who loves to lay under her blanket on the couch. I have a hard time getting all the hair off with my vacuum cleaner and the couch looks like new again. The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were very courteous and professional. Thank you Zerorez.
