Corey was easy to work with, respectful and pleasant both when he came to determine my estimate (which was very reasonable) and when he came to clean the carpets. He removed stains that had been there awhile and other companies had told me were impossible to remove. The work was done efficiently. Customer Service as helpful and responsive. I will use Zerorez again!

Customer service was excellent, even when I had to make a last minute change. My technician, Hector was thorough, respectful and did an excellent job quickly. The carpet dried in less time than expected and none of the spots returned as they have with other companies I used in the past. I am delighted with the whole experience.
