My staircase carpet was very soiled from high traffic use. Ed, the technician, mentioned that we would probably have a "shadow" area on the stairs after the cleaning but he would do his best to get it thoroughly cleaned. Much to my amazement, he did just that. I was very impressed by his knowledge, and efficiency. He was on time and completed the work in just under an hour. Ed was very friendly and professional. He gave me clear instructions about the drying process and when to return the furniture to its place, etc. Making a reservation was easy over the phone, and I got an appointment within a week of calling. Scheduler was very personable and efficient. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience.

The technicians were very efficient, careful, neat and quick. They did an excellent job. The carpeting dried much faster than other carpet cleaners we have used.
This is the second time that I have used Zerorez. Both times Jasiel was the technician that cleaned my carpets. He was knowledgable, asked questions about the stains and catered treatment to what was on the carpet. He was fast, polite and courteous. he did an amazing job on my carpets and I will use Zerorez again.
