You don't use chemicals that will harm my carpets and at the same time you are able to get my carpets cleaners than other commercial vendors. I also like you don't saturate my carpets down to the pad.

Especially appreciate the 'green' aspect and the lack of residue experienced previously with rug and carpet cleaners. In those instances, the residue acted like 'magnets' for new dirt, which showed within a few weeks!

I am a repeat customer and have recommended ZeroteZ many times to friends, most recently the day I booked this last visit. The technician on this visit was very articulate, sharing his knowledge of the chemistry involved, the visible signs to watch for concerning dirt coming in, the different cleaning techniques which can be used for different fibers (e.g., wool, silk, cotton, etc.). At the same time, besides his professionalism, he was friendly and engaging. I felt confident he was not simply a 'salesman' for his company's various services.

The carpets and sofa look fabulous - brand new!
