We didn't think our carpets were in bad shape at all. In fact, I thought that maybe I could do the cleaning myself. However, after Jasiel checked everything out with his "black" light, many urine stains from our previous cat came to light. It had penetrated through the pad too. He was able to do a special treatment to extract it all and clean the carpet thoroughly. I feel our rugs are now almost like new.

My great experience with Zerorez started with my first phone call. The Rep that I spoke with was very efficient and friendly. She made me
an appt that I needed ASAP and said they would be here between 8-10. I received a phone call the day of the apt at around 7:30 from the
carpet techs and they were here promptly at 8:00. The two men, Jay and another very kind gentleman explained what they were going to do, gave me the cost and started their work. He started upstairs and paused for a moment to call me up and show me how it was going.
They took the time to do an excellent job. My very dirty, pet stained carpets look fantastic!! Thank you!!

The dry time was about 24 hours as they clearly stated and the carpets and furniture looks really good. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we will continue to use in the future.
