timely, courteous, carpets were clean! Only comment is that the rying time given to me over the phone was not correct and i'm very glad the person who came let em know what it really was. Over thephone the woman said 2 hours...it seemed odd to me then.
The service folks are always friendly, professional and do a great job. I've been having a problem with a male cat "marking" and wasn't aware that he was making a mess in certain places. Tony had a tool that helped to identify the problem areas and assisted in getting rid of the smell.

Service was disappointing yesterday I was called and told they would be here between 5:00 and 5:30 and thy showed up at 6:30 needless to say i was upset, but I found out the the service guy itinerary was a job in San Jose, then San Franciso, to San Carlos and back to me in San Mateo. Someone in your office does not know how to do schedule. I think you need to figure this out and soon

They do a great job without using chemicals. The carpet isn't drenched with water and dries by the end of the day. The service people are very friendly and professional. We have been using them for several years now and are very happy with the results.
