Non-toxic

I've had my carpets shampooed before, but I think they come out cleaner with Zerorez. Plus, they are able to get out dog accident stains too.

The only thing I was unhappy about was that I learned during my last appointment this past week that Zerorez will be charging a travel fee for service in the East Bay. I wish someone would open one in the East Bay.

Other than that, I think they are a dependable company and they do a good job.

All staff members are consistently very professional and friendly and they do a great job. They are good at offering additional services without being pushy.

Again the aged carpet came out looking great. Frequently cleaned, certainly helped hold the carpet threads together.

I've never had stains lifted and the not reappear until I tried Zerorez.
The scotch guarding that they offer really works for the next stain to help lift it.
