The person who did the cleaning did a very good job. Our carpet is 25 years old and the traffic pattern was pretty dirty. Well the cleaner worked hard to make it look good. I can't believe how nice it came out. We have used Zerorez before but for some reason it turned out even nicer this time. We did buy a new vacuum so that could of helped.

We had a good experience with Zerorez. They were very professional from start to finish! Their price was half the cost quoted by Stanley Steemer and it was very fast to get our house cleaned. It took about 1.5 hours to do a large living room, stairways, a hallway, and 2 bedrooms! They were able to remove carpet stains that were there before we moved into our house. We were absolutely amazed! I recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

I like the excellent cleaning you provide for carpets; especially the way the dirt gets taken out and does not remain resurface later. Also, I had the tile cleaned in my bathrooms and they did a really great job with the tile looking fresh and bright

Have used Zeroz Rez as our go to carpet cleaning company for a number of years after having a problem with a top company we had used for years before that. I got the recommendation for Zero Rez from a friend and have passed the recommendation on to others. Although some things have changed---they no longer move any furniture or put styrofoam under legs of furniture that can't be moved and there are more rules now, I would still recommend. Service providers are always prompt, polite, cheerful and get the job done quickly. The cost is average or lower than other companies.

Your workers were professional and quick in doing my job. Carpets looked great. Only negative is that they took too long to dry. I would not recommend doing carpets in the cold months.
