What I like about services is how quickly I got a response from the company. They were professional and experienced. I liked that they called me 15 to 20 min prior. My carpet looks clean and fresh and it was dry by the end of the day. I also liked that they did not use harsh chemicals on my carpet.

The carpet/tile cleaning went well as in past cleanings. The service person did not use the plastic corner protectors like previous technicians have utilized. This would be a plus.

The carpet cleaner Daniel was spectacular. Professional, courteous and friendly, kept me updated with multiple phone calls on his eta. Lastly, the pet stains are all gone and no typical sticky carpet cleaning residue...five stars!!

Darren did a great job. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, offered recommended additional services without overselling or being pushy and worked so hard he was sweating! The team in the Office were also very responsive and thorough. Our carpets and upholstery are shiny clear thanks to Darren and the ZeroRes team!

Ricky was great. Explained everything with me beforehand and had me check after he completed the first room. It was dry in less than 24 hours and for carpet that is 18 years old and white it is really much more brighter.
