I contacted Zerorez because of their radio commercial. They claim to have a technique that gets all the residue out of the carpet so they stay clean longer. My carpet is about 15 years old and I have it cleaned about every six months. I've never been totally satisfied. The Zerorez employees who came to my home were very nice and efficient. They were held up at an earlier appointment and did a great job of communicating with me as they were a little behind schedule.
I waited a week to submit my review. I can honestly say that my carpets have never been cleaned so well. Not only do they still look clean, but spots that I didn't expect to come out are so much improved that I don't even notice them. The test was smelling the carpet in the family room. It smells fresh!!
I'll be using Zerorez from now on and recommending the company to my friends.

Convenient, on time
I've used Zerorez exclusively to have my carpets cleaned for years now. The carpets always come out so clean and fluffy without the "crunchy" after effects of leaving soap, etc. in the carpets. And the guys that come to the house are always polite, responsive, proactive, hard-working.
The team also steam cleaned my kitchen tile (sealed the grout afterwards) and also sealed the granite counters in my kitchen. Lovely job!
Would not use any other carpet cleaning service. Very happy customer!
