I have used Zerorez about 4 times. Always a good experience. The carpets look wonderful after they are cleaned and no residue issues. The service technicians are polite and well-trained. Pricing is favorable and I try to take advantage of the "specials". Also, I like the fact that Zerorez asks the customers for a blanket donation to help the homeless. Overall, I would rate Zerorez a strong 9.5 out of 10. Leaves room for improvement, if that's possible.
Professional and do a great job getting carpets clean
Product is great, been using this service for a number of years. The "guy" who came out yesterday was a big disappointment. First time I have not been 100% pleased. I had to tell him to put on booties. He told his boots were new, and I said that makes no difference. I did not give him a tip. I do not recall his name.
I like that they are free of harsh chemicals. And my rugs come out so soft and clean.

The team was punctual, professional, conscientious, polite, meticulous and guided us through the entire process, including before and after photos as they cleaned our carpet. Easy to arrange. Professional workers. Good status prep. Team took extra effort to clean area rug on-site. Friendly, quick to assess scope, did exactly as agreed, expedient service, used corner protectors to prevent any possible damage, no aroma when done, no disappointments at all.

I like the fact that they do not use chemicals, I have used them three or four times and always have excellent results. This time I had some stains that I was unable to get out, zeroRez got them out completely.
Prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and our carpets look great with no chemical residue!
In addition to carpet cleaning, also had dinnette chairs cleaned, disappointed that spots didn't come out of chairs.
