On time - clean-efficient!!

He did a very good job, made suggestions which were very good, and was pleasant to have in my house. Excellent service! Ricardo Suarez was very courteous and professional. My carpet was very clean and soft which is surprising since my light colored carpet is over 20 years old. I would highly recommend the service and have already referred Zerorez to my 2 sisters.
We have used Zerorez many times over the years. We have elderly dogs and cats and they are very tough on our carpeting! Zerorez does a great job, the carpets dry quickly and look fabulous when done, and no perfumy smell -- they are just fresh and clean!

It was easy to make an appointment. The Technician was on time, and courteous. He offered the Scotchguard treatment. Provided advice on next steps (drying, info about booties, and blocks), and let me know how to care for my carpet. He also shared some quick info about other services. I've already referred zerorez to a neighbor.
