Green and environmental safe great service

Our carpets always look like new afterwards, even our living room carpet that is almost 30 years old. Our cat had peed in a couple spots in one room and the smell is gone after the pet stain treatment. We're pleased with how everything went. Alex, our technician, did a great job.!

The person who did the cleaning was very professional and helpful. Most of the stains seem to have came out (we had some old stains). I like the fact that the house did not smell like chemicals. I wish I could have seen the water used for cleaning: when I cleaned the carpets myself I changed the water frequently. I haven't notice the operator changing water, so I have no idea what was going on. Some more "transparency" will be useful. I was a little bit disappointed that I was quoted an initial $298 for the job, and because there was some biological agent used for the stains I end up paying $447. I wish I was told that from the get-go when I contacted the company. I had several other recommendations but I chose Zerorez because of the competitive price. It turned out they are not cheaper then other companies who have more recommendations.

I have used Zerorez several times and find them to be the best . My tiled kitchen floor looks new !! And they get those spots out of the carpet . I’m an arthritic 82 year old and no longer able to get on the floor and s rub spots out !

Daniel, the technician that did my carpet cleaning was professional, helpful, and did a great job. My carpets, which are low end apartment grade carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years and I have multiple cats, which I do clean up after, but they add to the wear and tear of the carpets.

I think they look pretty amazing. I also thought the pricing was reasonable as I've had cleaners in the past, who I would catergorize as "sketchy" (some sort of green cleaners as well) and they charged a lot more and I think they even stole something.

I felt very comfortable with the tech sent to do the job, and all of the conversations I had with various office people setting up the appointment, following up, etc., were all courteous and professional, which is, in my opinion, part of good customer service.
