Appointments are easy to schedule online. The cleaning process is quick and the results are generally good. My tech, Phillip, was courteous, considerate and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions before he started.

My technician Dillon was great. I do think it looked better wet. After it drys some of the stains returned and I thought it would smell better.
