They only offered additional services that they thought would be helpful to me and my family (blower cleaning and deep clean with antibacterial treatment for carpets in bedroom). They arrived within the scheduled window and gave me appropriate expectations about how long the service would last. My carpets look like new and I feel better knowing that the heat coming out of the vents is clean and dust free! I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our technician was great. I believe he did as much as possible to remove the old stains. I don't like that your process brings out old animal urine smells, making it necessary to have more than the agreed upon cleaning.
