The service was great and the technicians were very polite and capable. They arrived on time and completed the job within a very short period of time. The results were very very good and we would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

They do a good job

Zerorex is my favorite carpet cleaning company. Carpets dry within a few hours, and the dirt is NOT pushed to the walls where it builds up and turns black over several years. Zerorez gives you an advanced quote before they begin and then goes over everything with the actual cost. Mine went down so that was great. Zerorez does not try to up the cost while working on site. The Zerorez service person is very professional and explained every step before he started. He also asked for questions concerning the work before he cleaned up and left. Scheduling online was very easy, and I didn’t have to wait more than 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly, and I will definitely have Zerorez return for my next cleaning.
