It was very easy to schedule services. The team, specifically Clayton, is very responsive and accommodating. I had a few scheduling conflicts, but Zerorez was able to work with me. Craig was our technician and he was extremely helpful and polite. He got our requested work done in a timely manner, communicated very well with me, and took care of our needs. Love the way the carpet is cleaned and doesn’t get soaking wet. My favorite this time was the bathroom tile cleaning. He got this so clean it was amazing. Better than when I had it done before.

We just had our three bedrooms and stairwell cleaned and two area rugs taken for cleaning after far too many years of procrastinating! The first thing we noticed is how much better our home smelled after the cleaning and how refreshed the carpeting looked and felt. When the area rugs were returned I was amazed at how vibrant the colors were and, again, how fresh our home smelled. From my first encounter with the staff to the last we were treated professionally and with care in cleaning our carpets and rugs.
