My carpet was cleaned to my expectations and the technician did a great job paying attention to the highly traffic area. Overall I am completely satisfied with how clean my carpet looks especially the stairs. I only had the downstairs cleaned because I wasn’t sure if Zeroez would do a good job.

I am planning on doing the upstairs after the new year and will request the same technician.
