Thanks to our team for an amazing carpet cleaning experience! They previously notified us when they would arrive & they arrived exactly when we expected them. They came in for a quick check of our carpet cleaning area & immediately began the job. Prior to starting, they asked if we had any concerns or questions. The company did our carpet cleaning last year & told us to wear white socks during the drying process which they said would take about 6-8 hours. That drying process took about 2 days & we told them when they arrived for this cleaning about it. The team was so sorry to hear about this "issue" & told us that would never happen again. When it took so long last year, we just thought "that's the way it is" & of course, it finally dried completely & the carpet looked great... just as we expected. But our team on Thursday said that drying time was unacceptable & assured us that our carpet would be dry in at least 6-8 hours... and it was! Perfect! So it was a great experience both times, but the best experience this time & we will definitely have them back for our next carpet cleaning. Thank you very much for your concern & totally professional handling of our carpet cleaning experience. It was awesome & done by a great & professional team.

ZeroRes has great employees. They saved me money by inspecting ductwork before starting to clean, turned out the ducts were still clean from three years ago. This act of professional kindness waned me several hundred dollars.
