Technician was very professional and friendly.

This was our first time to use a professional carpet cleaning service. The technician was friendly and did a good job of explaining the process. He was respectful, professional, and a delight to have in our home. The equipment that he brought into our home was clean and in good working order. He put up guards on door frames and other points of contact for the hose and electrical cord. Zerorez kept us informed of his arrival time by email. We will use Zerorez again and would recommend them to others.

After he completed the job I sent life to family and friends, and they all thought I had new carpet. No- just an excellent service professional. Thank you for a job well done.

They did an amazing job.... the before and after was truly a big difference

The knowledge of the products needed to complete the job was spot on. He asked what I wanted done, set realistic expectations and confirmed with me all I wanted done before he began. He gave me an aprx time and made sure I came out to look at it, smell it, feel it to make sure it’s what I wanted! We had a sectional done so it wasn’t an easy task to make it look and smell the way he did, after 3 dogs using it for years. It looked brand new and my sister bought it from me. We were going to donate it, but she happened to be down the next day and decided she wanted it. We have some carpet to do now!!! Will def be using Zerorez again!!!
