It was easy to schedule the appointment, I was notified by text and when the tech was scheduled to arrive. The tech arrived within the scheduled time frame, wore protective shoe coverings when entering my home and expeditiously resolved the immediate problem. The tech asked if there was any other problems not noted on his ticket that he could address while on my home premises. He was cordial yet professional, while at my home.
