I just had Zerorez clean my carpets and I am amazed at how clean they are now. I had pet stains and traffic stains that I did not think would come clean especially after using other professionals that could not get pet odor out of the carpets. My carpet looks brand new and feels softer!! I could not be happier and Dylan was my technician. He was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Thank you for an excellent job done!!

Christian and Jevonte were very professional, courteous, and thorough. I love how reasonably priced you are and they you do not use chemicals. Your technicians are quite knowledgeable and helpful. I am also impressed with your stellar customer service and efficiency. We ended up using Zerorez because the other company we hired wanted to reschedule us to a different day at the last minute. We had to make arrangements with our jobs to be there for the first appointment and was not in a position to reschedule. This turn of events turned out to be a blessing and I am so glad it worked out this way. I will use and recommend Zerorez to others going forward.
