The service tech Mike, was great. He was very friendly and informative. Carpet looked very good.

Compared to other carpet cleaners, Zerorez's carpet cleaning methods appears to leave your carpet looking cleaner and feeling cleaner. The price is kind of steep for me, but I like the way my carpet looks afterwards and will use Zerorez over the other vendors as long as I can afford them.

Your technician was able to clean my kitchen floor (ceramic tile with grout) so that it looks like it was just laid. We have dogs who had made the green grout a "pretty" mud red. After your technician was finished the grout is green again and the tile is sparkling.
