I liked the ease in scheduling my appointment on line. Also, the follow up received confirming my appointment. The technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was very pleased with the time it took for my carpet to dry. I was amazed how cleaned my carpet looked after completely dry. My carpet is light in color almost white and very dirty when the Technician arrived. I said to him that I don't expect a miracle, but I know they will look better when you are finished than it looks now. It looks 100% better. I am happy I chose Zerorez. Your services provided live up to your advertisement.
