Technician was informative, polite and efficient - he arrived on time, did what he told us he was going to do and finished in less time than we anticipated.
The technician also did a terrific job of setting expectations, walking us through the areas to be cleaned letting us know what would "come out" of the car[et and what would not.
We wish we would have ahd more rooms cleaned.
