From the moment I called to make my appointment until the time the technician (Justin) left our home, the service was outstanding. Zerorez is a company of true professionals, and courtesy is their signature. This was our first Zerorez experience and it won't be our last. Justin did an amazing job cleaning our old carpets and we were very surprised that, when dry, the carpets were soft, not crunchy as has been the case with other carpet cleaners. I like the orange scent that is used to clean the carpets and other areas of the house, and no harsh chemicals are used.

It's nice to know that the carpet is clean and not left with residue. Carpets look new and last longer... mainly because the residue isn't there to attract the dirt. Spots don't resurface. I appreciate the friendly service, too. Thanks!

I like the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment, and the window time I was given for my techician to arrive was earlier than I had expected and that was great. The techician was polite and did an excellent job.

The carpets really look awesome and the technician was very friendly. It was completed in a timely fashion and did not take long to dry.

Our tech (Austin Crye) arrived slightly early and called to let us know that would be the case. He was courteous, professional, and good at his job. He went out of his way to describe the process and let us know what kind of service we could expect, then exceeded our expectations.

The technician was very courteous. Also, he was very thorough and concerned with every issue issue i had concerning my carpets. AFter the service, my carpets looked great!. There were some serious stains that I thought would not really came out, but they did! Very Satisfied!!
