In no particular order, I like the price, that the tech was knowledgeable and courteous, and the job was done very close to as promised in your advertisements. It does look 100% better, but my carpet is VERY old (maybe 20 yrs), so making all of it fluffy again just isn't a reality.

Your technicians are great. I learned that they are charged with a fee when returning for stains that reappear. I will continue to use Zero Res until I find a company that I can feel comfortable calling back when a second trip is needed and who also leaves as little residual as possible. I am satisfied that your techs do the best job they possibly can with the products they have to remove most stains. I have regularly cleaned my carpets for over 30 years now and I know that some stains require a second cleaning and that some are impossible to clean. I had some fresh stains in my carpet this last cleaning that did not come out. Rather than cause an unfair charge back to the young man who worked so hard to clean my carpet, I explained to all of my Thanksgiving guests why the stains were still there. Since all of them are family members or close friends and most of our family gatherings are in my home, they know first hand that my carpet is always clean and seldom has stains. I did recommend Zerorez to any who have pets with allergies, but since most are more concerned about resolution to stains, they were not impressed.

I like that it was odorless and did not leave the carpet wet for more than a day. The service tech - Eric Spruill - explained the process in detail and didn't mind my asking lots of questions. I will most likely use Zerorez again for other services, like air duct, area rug and furniture cleaning.
