I really like the non-toxic product used. I also think the carpets seem the cleanest and stay cleaner longer than traditional chemical carpet cleaning processes. Even though you are using a clearly superior product and process, I would hope that price discounts could be made available to loyal customers who use you at least once a year or more. Your price can be hard to justify until the carpet is sooo dirty that I can't stand it anymore. I would prefer to clean more often, at a lower cost.
