I liked the way the carpet looked and felt after the cleaning

First of all, I was very pleased with our carpet technician, Howard. He did a thorough cleaning on all of our carpets, in the 5 rooms. I also like the cleaning process as well. It does not overly saturate our carpets with soap and water. Our carpets look fresh and new. This was a pleasant experience.

The technician was great, did an excellent job in a short period of time. The ONLY issue was that we were told the carpets would be dried in 4-6 hours (Friday AM), they weren't dry until Sunday PM, and there was a wet, musty odor throughout the weekend.

The quality of the service

The work was done professionally and thorough. I appreciate your representative and his attention to the task. He located a spot on the carpet that was caused by me dropping hair dye on the rug. He tried a few things to get it out and when he could not get the entire stain out, he brought it to my attention instead of covering it up. I appreciate the attempts made and attention given to try to fix the problem. After the carpet dried, you could barely see the stain. A good job was done and the carpet was dry within a few hours. The technician Matt was right on time. He was professional in doing his job. He was personable in dealing with my 5 year old daughter. He did not become impatient with her but answered her questions and talked with her while he worked. It means a lot when people are willing to take a little time. He did a great job. The spots he said probably wouldn't come out were ones I didn't expect to fully be gone, but he did his best. Personal and professional service, that is what I really like. Little pricey but worth it.

great job cleaning my carpet that had not been cleaned in 5 years. The tech removed all the stains from drops of red wine to the marks left by an old reclining chair. Carpets look great.

Zero Rez is everything they claim to be in their advertising. Personnel are efficient, informed and helpful. Justin was our cleaner and he was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very helpful. We will ask for him personally the next time we call for service.

Eric did a fantastic job on our carpet! He was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough and our carpet looks great. My only regret is that I did not add the downstairs play room. Now it looks dirty compared to everywhere else. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
