The promptness was very good from the beginning. The person I spoke to over the phone before I agreed to the service was very informative, answered every question I had which is the reason I decided to try the service. Secondly, the service guy was excellent!!! He was very courteous, on time, very informative, patient, careful of my hardwood floors as he worked on my carpet, I think he was very honest with me regarding some old stains as to whether they would completely come out or not. Did let me know they would return if I was not pleased. $139 for 3 rooms was the base price, there is an additional cost for treating pet stains, etc. which I was comfortable with paying because of the guarantee. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends/family. Good job!!!
Your technician was very professional and thorough. I wasn't there when he cleaned the carpet but we spoke over the phone and after talking to him I felt confident that he would do a good job. I'd heard y'alls commercials and was skeptical that you could do as good a job as the commercials advertised but when I got home I was extremely pleased with how good my carpets looked. I was at the point where I couldn't stand looking at my floor and now it looks almost new again. You guys really stand up to your promise! It is such a pleasure to get what you pay for. I'll definately be a repeat customer and recommend you to my friends.

The technician, Terry did an excellent job! He arrived early and was cleancut, professionally dressed and articulate. He cleaned the furniture pieces and even added 2 rugs to the original work order. If Terry can be our technician in the future, we will definitely use Zeroz again.
