Zerorez was very professional, showed up on time, the technician used the machine to detect the accidents that our pets had without our even knowing. We are pleased with the services and would recommend.
We have used Zerorez for years and have always been very happy with the results, however, this cleaning produced the best results ever. Our upstairs carpet is 20 years old and it almost looks new. James amazingly removed some spots that I thought were permanent, he was very professional and a hard worker. I will definitely recommend James and Zerorez to future customers.

On time, professional, and cleaned carpet very well. Presented expectations upfront after inspecting the carpet; explained what areas they may not be able to remove from carpet and the reasons.

The product used did a very good job. There was no odor or residue left on the carpet. Danny the serviceman was professional and he arrive on time. My problem with the commercial states the cost is $139.00 but no mention that there is also a trip fee of $15.00 a total of $154.00. Don't you think you should change your commercial?
