Brandon was exceptional in his work and his interaction with us while there.
Our technician Deondre was extremely professional and polite. He explained your services and wanted to know if I had any questions. He worked "diligently" on a stain we had on the carpet in our bedroom. When he was finished he asked me to do a final walk through of the house to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The rug was not soaking wet and it is was completely dry within a couple of hours. No odor or musty smell was present. Great job and I would highly recommend your company.

Although I understand that we had some stains (paint, cough syrup, etc...) that might not come out in the process, I was surprised that a number of other stains did not come out...ones that I spot cleaned with a towel and detergent and got out myself this weekend.

I was shocked at the difference in my carpet. The young man who came to clean my carpet was extremely polite, professional and knew what he was doing. He did such a great job I added on to what I wanted him to clean. Unfortunately, someone spilled food at our Christmas party and now I have a stain back. :(
I like that it's water based, "green" and leaves no residue while at the same time cleaning above the level of other types of carpet cleaning products.

The representative Byron provided BEST IN CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and nice. He did a great job on my carpet in a timely manner. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. very professional and personable. They were like I had been friends with them for years! I even played a joke on them after they had cleaned up - I asked them to go back over a spot. They didn't even hesitate to get their equipment back out! Of course I stopped them. One guy even drank the water for me. I have never felt so comfortable and sure that I was getting the best service with any other company, not just carpet cleaning, ANY company.
