No chemical residue! It's too early to say, but I'm hoping the carpet will not attract dirt like it does when regular carpet cleaning solution is used.

Communication with the customer was outstanding. From initial call on the phone, to confirmation of service order, tech is on the way, and follow up invoiceing and survey. You guys got it right. Overall....carpet is much cleaner than before (traffic lanes, std soil) but you should integrate some sort of system to handle areas that require extra attention such as pet stained areas where heavy residue exists from owner spraying too much cleaner......as was our case. Our carpets still had significant residue and soiling because you system does not have aggitation to wipe dirt from the fibers.....it relys on suction. Should investigate the HOST system to integrate with your zerores proposition. It too is "green cleaning". Once the carpet dried from Zerorez, I came back with the HOST system myself and carbets look significantly better. You should check it out. I think Zerorez and Danny are one of the best "truck mounted" systems out there. Training is everything and Danny did a nice job, but his technology limited his ability.

Just like the commercials say, no odor, no chemicals, no residue. I could not BELIEVE that Charles was able to get out the ground in dirt, grease and pet stains in my carpet. Honestly, this was a last ditch effort before replacing all of it. Now it looks brand new. He was able to get out every stain. In addition, Charles was prompt, considerate and professional. I will absolutely use ZeroRez again. Very impressed!

I was absolutely thrilled with the results!!

The technician was on time, asked what my problem areas were. The cleaning got out spots that I thought swould never get out. My carpet is 12 years old and almost looks brand new. He was not able to get out the major pet stain I have, but I did not expect he would. It is significantly better. I would use the service again.
